General conditions
The terms may include provisions relating to different payment procedures, obligations, cancellations, modifications of reservations and refunds of money (if any) or restrictions of another nature.
We are not a travel agency, therefore we are not responsible for the products/services offered by the tourism providers (travel agency, hotels, restaurants, etc.) and does not guarantee in any way.
We don’t provide the arrangements for travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations required). As a result, it’s the responsibility of each participant to ensure that she/he will travel in accordance with the measures applicable to these travel documents.
Some hotels may require guarantees that are refundable before departure. It’s the responsibility of the participants to pay the hotel guarantee, the consumption and any damages caused.
Currency exchange rates fluctuate. Prices are subject to change based upon currency exchange rate fluctuations, provided actual variations have occurred.
We have the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour, if we consider that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the events mentioned above the amounts paid become non-refundable.
We are not responsible if one of the participants suffers from illness, injury or death during the bead retreat, except in the case where it was directly caused by us. Before to travel we strongly recommend you to buy an insurance covering cancellation, assistance and repatriation.
Intellectual property rights
The photos presented in this website are protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
Cancellation Policy
We are not responsible for your cancellation for any reason.
If we need to cancel the event, all the money received from you will be refunded in full.
We are not responsible and no refund will be given if we have to cancel because of an unavoidable circumstance (Force Majeure) like:

natural disasters, terrorist activity, civil/political unrest

epidemic disease or illness that suddenly affects a region or an entire group of people
-
travel restrictions imposed by a government, law enforcement agency, or military authority
It’s the responsibility of the participants to read government-issued travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories before booking.
If payments are not made in the terms announced, the reservation will be canceled and the amount previously paid will not be refunded.
Changes in the terms and conditions of use
We reserves the right to modify or update at any time the Terms and Conditions without prior notification. Please read the terms and conditions of use each time you access or use our website.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes regarding the trip, if necessary.
Processing of personal data (GDPR)
The processing of personal data performed by us will always be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. We will use the information you provide in the registration form exclusively for the purpose of processing your reservation. The information we collect comes from the voluntary registration of your email address and from receipt of your emails. The information that you communicate us is never shared on the website. You are free, at any time, to unsubscribe from our lists by clicking on the words "unsubscribe" on each mail that you receive.
Your personal data remains confidential. It will not be marketed or given to third parties for any reason without your express permission. It will be used only from our website to keep you informed about our news.
